SHAI for Musicians
Bookings, releases and an audience that only exists where you post.
How this business runs
Three businesses in one: bookings, releases and an audience that only exists where you post. The booking enquiries come in through whichever inbox is least checked, and the release calendar always arrives faster than the promotion for it.
The recommended team
8 agents from the roster, in the order this trade needs them.

The tasks that will run
Post this week's clips
every Monday at 8amThe audience only exists where you post, and it forgets fast.
/organic-content-creator · runs the agent · delivered to dashboard
Pitch the venues and promoters
every Tuesday at 9amShows are booked by the act that asked, months before the date.
/email-outreach · runs the agent · delivered to dashboard
Answer the comments and the DMs
every weekday at 9amAn engaged reply is worth more than another post to the same people.
/social-engagement · runs the agent · delivered to dashboard
Report what actually travelled
on the 1st of each month at 8amArtists guess which clip worked; the numbers rarely agree.
/organic-metrics · runs the agent · delivered to dashboard
Every one of these arrives as a proposal you approve or decline. Nothing is scheduled by signing up.
The tools to connect
Meta Graph API (Instagram professional accounts + Facebook Pages)
Meta is where the audience is and where the ads run; without it nothing posts or reports.
OpenArt
OpenArt is how SHAI makes the images and short video a post needs.
Google Calendar
Google Calendar is what SHAI writes to when the booking does not live in the CRM.
Each one is your own account, connected once. Every tool carries its price and the exact steps.
The first week
- Let SHAI build the venue and promoter list for your region from published contacts.
- Give it a month of footage and let it plan the posting weeks.
- Turn on the weekly pitch task at a small volume and read every draft.
What to read on a Monday
- Booking enquiries answered within a day — Venues and promoters book the act that replied.
- Fee per show and shows per month — The two numbers that make a living or do not.
- Audience growth by platform — The asset that makes the next release cheaper to launch.
- Release-week saves and adds — Where the algorithm decides how far the record goes.
What SHAI will not do in this trade
- Every message SHAI sends to someone who is not the owner says it is an AI assistant acting for the business (master prompt 4.7). It is never presented as a person.
- Anything that texts or calls a customer runs on a registered A2P 10DLC brand and campaign with the consent record on file. /ghl-a2p sets that up; SHAI will not send a customer message before it exists.
- TCPA: no call or text to anyone who has not opted in, nothing outside 8am-9pm in the recipient's own time zone, and an opt-out honoured on the first message it arrives in.
- Outreach to venues and promoters goes to published business contacts only, at the published rate limits, and stops on the first request to stop. No scraped personal addresses.
- Samples, covers and sync use are licensing questions. SHAI never states that a use is cleared - it records what you tell it and flags what it cannot verify.
Every line in this file is a recommendation written from an operator's knowledge of how this trade actually runs, never a promise about a result. Cadences are starting points; the owner changes them. Compliance notes are a reminder to check, not legal advice. Written 2026-09-15.
A playbook is a head start, not a requirement: SHAI works for any business, and a trade that is not on this list gets the same agents and a general plan built the same way.
