Terms of service — not yet written

This page is a placeholder. SHAI's terms of service will be drafted by the owner's counsel and will replace this text in full.

Nothing on this page is a contract, and nothing on it should be relied on. It exists so that the link in the footer resolves and so that anyone reading the site knows exactly where SHAI stands: the terms are not written yet.

What is already true, whatever the terms end up saying

• You bring your own model key and are billed by that vendor directly, under that vendor's own terms.
• The work SHAI produces is committed to a private repository in your own GitHub account and remains yours.
• You can export everything as JSON, or delete your account, from your settings page, without asking anyone.
• Nothing is charged today: subscriptions are not switched on, and no card is taken.
