Everything SHAI does, before you sign up

Talk to it, hand it your raw footage, let it find and follow up with clients, and practise your sales calls against it — then see each of the 92 screens in SHAI's sidebar for real.

Talk & chat

Ask out loud, by text or by phone

Talk With SHAI

Tap and speak: SHAI answers out loud and starts the work, or go hands-free. Talk over it to stop it; a cough or its own voice won't. Try it live on our homepage first.

See Talk With SHAI →

Phone calls

Call SHAI from your verified phone and it answers at once, in the voice you picked; a job's answer is read to you if it lands while you're on.

Chat

Type what you need, or / to pick an agent. SHAI routes it, and says plainly when nothing in your account handles it.

Texts and Slack

Approve and get results by text once your number is verified; with Slack connected, @SHAI answers in your channels.

Personalize SHAI: pages you build

Make your own pages and mix tools and tracking however you like: name a page, pick an icon, and add any features from any page, such as the call grader, Audience lists, setter tracking, metrics tiles and autopilots. Each page is a tab under Personalize SHAI, and you can rename, reorder and delete them. Every feature shows the same data as on its own page, under the same permissions, so a teammate only sees what their seat allows.

See Make a Custom Page →

Edit SHAI Menu View: your sidebar, your way

See your whole sidebar on one screen: switch any section or page off or on, drag sections and pages into your own order, and check the live preview before you save. Undo puts the last save back, Reset menu to SHAI's standard puts everything back, and nothing is ever deleted.

See Edit SHAI Menu View →

Mix features into any page, and Style Reset

Add a feature from another page to any of SHAI's own pages, like the call grader on Audience; it carries an Added marker and you can always remove it. Style Reset in Settings puts every page and the menu back to how they were when you first signed in, asks whether to keep your custom pages, and changes nothing else: your tools, chats, content and data stay. Undo reset works for 24 hours.

Connect once, run everything from SHAI

Connect a tool once and run it from SHAI: Your tools lists the connected tools with no screen of their own (HeyGen, Creatify, Arcads, SmartThings, Home Assistant, Google Nest, Search Console and more), what SHAI does in each, and sends your request straight to chat.

Writing that sounds like you

Human Speak goes over what SHAI writes for you, captions, scripts, emails and outreach, and takes out the phrasing that reads as AI, so it sounds like you.

See Agents →

Every result double-checked

Before SHAI calls anything done, the QA Inspector checks it against that agent's own quality checks, for every account and every run. If a check fails or needs you, SHAI tells you exactly what and it waits under Needs you on Home.

Connect My Tools

Tell SHAI which tools you already use, then connect each one the first time you use it: a card says "To do this, connect <Tool>", one button does it, and you come straight back to your work. 3,254 tools to choose from, and you decide what each may do without asking.

See Connect My Tools →

Your own email, from any provider

Connect the mailbox you already use under Your email on Connect My Tools: Gmail and Google Workspace first, Outlook, Microsoft 365, Hotmail and Live, Zoho Mail, Yahoo Mail, iCloud Mail, AOL Mail, or any other email over IMAP (GoDaddy, Namecheap, cPanel hosts, Fastmail, Proton Mail Bridge). Gmail, Outlook and Zoho sign in on their own page; the rest use an app password typed on Unipile's secure page, never into SHAI. SHAI uses whichever mailbox you connected, Gmail first: email auto-reply answers from Gmail or Outlook, and outreach emails go from any of them.

Pick your model, Grok included

SHAI always thinks on Claude, and you choose the model for the bulk work (extracting, summarising, classifying, first drafts, checks and code): OpenAI, Google, DeepSeek, OpenRouter or Grok (xAI), on your own key. Paste your xAI key on Connect My Tools and press Test connection, then pick a Grok model per kind of work in Settings, with the cost of a run shown first. Nothing goes to Grok until you pick it.

Connect Perplexity: web research with sources

Paste your own Perplexity API key on Connect My Tools and press Test connection (free). From then on SHAI can look things up on the live web through Perplexity whenever a job needs current facts, and its answer comes with the sources it used, numbered and linked. You can also pick Perplexity for a kind of bulk work in Settings. It runs on your Perplexity credits, counts toward your spending caps, and your chosen model and defaults stay as they are.

Never log in to top up

When a tool that bills by use connects, SHAI shows you its own auto-refill steps and settings link, so its balance never runs dry and you never log back in to add credits. Say Done, Remind me later, or set a cap instead; Billing readiness lists every tool's state. Where a tool reports its balance, SHAI warns before a job would go over it, and it still quotes every cost first.

Pay monthly, or save up to two months

Pay monthly, quarterly (5% off), every 6 months (10% off) or yearly (two months free). Start with a 3-day trial for $1: every term, its renewal price and date, and how to cancel are shown before you pay, and you change or cancel in one press on Billing.

See Billing →

One account per mobile number

The account owner verifies their mobile number with a texted code at sign-up, so each number opens one account and one trial; to add people or businesses, upgrade and invite them from Settings → Team. A monthly trial can switch at sign-up to quarterly or yearly at a bigger discount plus a 1-on-1 setup call. A dispute (chargeback) bans the account, kept only as hashes.

SHAI Rewards

A gift for every paid month you stay: 5,000 characters of SHAI's voice banked each month, a member badge and 25,000 more in month 1, the Members' prompt pack in month 2, an extra team seat or priority support in month 3, a 1-on-1 strategy call in month 6, and 20% off a month every year. Settings → Rewards shows how far the next one is.

See Billing →

Your birthday month is on us

Add your birthday and your birthday month is free every year on a paid plan. Monthly: the renewal before it charges only to the end of the month before, and your next bill is the 1st after it. Quarterly, 6 months or annual: the renewal that covers it charges one month less. You see the exact amounts first and get an email a week before.

Organic Outreach

LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and email campaigns from your own accounts: only words you approved, at a safe daily pace, every reply in one inbox. Personalise each step from a list of fields with a live preview, choose who gets each follow-up — only people who haven’t replied, LinkedIn connections who haven’t accepted or accepted but haven’t replied, or everyone — and pick the sending days, hours and time zone from drop-downs.

See Organic Outreach →

New outreach campaign, step by step

Pick the channel (LinkedIn, Instagram DM, Facebook Messenger or Email), the account it sends from with its health and daily limits, and who it reaches: a CSV with its columns mapped and previewed, a LinkedIn or Sales Navigator link, your connections, or a list from Audiences or Pitch Studio. Write the first message and the follow-ups with their waits, set the hours, read the summary and press Start campaign. Duplicates and anyone who opted out are dropped first.

See Organic Outreach →

SHAI finds the leads

Describe who you want, like Instagram agency owners who posted in the last 30 days with under 2,000 followers, story highlights and a link to their own site. SHAI shows it as filters you can change, quotes the cost, runs your own Apify, Bright Data or PhantomBuster, checks every profile against every filter with the reason, and you tick who to add.

See Organic Outreach →

A page per platform, with lead lists and Lead Scoring

Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and Email each have their own page under Organic Outreach with only that platform's tools. Build a lead list three ways: SHAI searches with the platform's own filters (followers and following, photos and videos, last post and highlight dates, professional account, link in bio, bio keywords, any phrase or the exact statement, URL contains, page likes, Google Business Profile, words on the business's website), you paste a Sales Navigator search or list link, or you upload a CSV of profile links. A filter no compliant source supports is shown off, with the reason. Lead Scoring then keeps only exact matches to your ideal lead, dropping anyone who has left the field, with a score and a reason for each that you can change. Save a search and run it again any time.

See Organic Outreach →

Email that lands in the inbox

Before any campaign or email automation sends, SHAI checks your domain live (SPF, DKIM, DMARC and its alignment, MX, your tracking domain, BIMI) and gives the exact fix for your email service and DNS host. A new mailbox warms up at its tool's own published pace (Instantly's warm-up, GoHighLevel's, or SHAI's ramp), each mailbox keeps its daily cap, every email and list is checked first, and a mailbox whose spam complaints or bounces cross Gmail's and Yahoo's lines is paused with the fix. Ask in chat, by text or on a call too.

See Connect My Tools →

AI Chat Bots and the Sandbox

Build a bot that holds your lead conversations on LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook after a short interview: your business, who you sell to, what you offer, why people pick you, the tone, who takes the calls. Sales or Recruitment (it reads a candidate's PDF CV). Edit any part in a chat with a word limit, test it against a made-up prospect in the Sandbox, and let your campaigns use it. It always says it is an AI working for you, tags replies Interested, Not interested or Follow up plus your own tags, and hands you anything it shouldn't answer.

See AI Chat Bots →

The Reply agent

Set it up once and walk away: it answers leads on Email, Instagram, Messenger and LinkedIn from facts you approved, says it is an AI, can book on your GoHighLevel calendar, and hands you price talk and complaints. Unipile lists Messenger as no longer maintained, so replies there may not arrive.

See Organic Outreach →

Paid ads

Competitor research, copy, creatives and campaign plans for Meta and Google. Launching in your own ad account opens once that platform has approved SHAI's app; until then you get the plan.

See Connect My Tools →

The Sales Engine: your buyer, researched, then the ads

Ads → Sales Engine: answer seven boxes (your product in one sentence, how it helps, who it's for, the price and offer, the proof you have, competitors, and anything to avoid), most of them filled in from what SHAI already knows. SHAI then writes nine stages in order: the avatar, a deep dive into what real people in your buyer's communities say, segments and angles with a test plan, the root cause and your mechanism, your brand's do and don't, a copy arsenal, an advertorial, ad scripts with primary texts and headlines, and creative briefs. Research uses only official APIs or a research tool you connected, keeps only what is on topic, and never stores anyone's username. Anything not sourced is labelled a hypothesis, quotes say where they came from, the advertorial is signed by a real person you name or your business, and only your own proof is used. Read, edit or redo any stage; send the copy to Ads → Copy and Headlines, a brief to Ads → Creatives, or a script to the Video editor. Each stage is a run on your own key, quoted first.

See Sales Engine →

Your ads, in one menu

Ads in the menu holds every creative, piece of copy and headline your business runs: what SHAI made lands there by itself, you add your own, and each shows its status, the Meta and Google ads using it, its own numbers and its policy check. Copy and headlines are measured against each platform's own character limits.

See Creatives →

Ad metrics, updated while ads are live

A chart and tiles of what Meta and Google report — spend, reach, frequency, click-through rate, cost per click, leads and cost per lead — by campaign, ad set and ad, with calls booked and show-ups from your GoHighLevel. SHAI reads your own ad accounts every 15 minutes while an ad is live and shows how fresh the numbers are.

See Metrics →

Your ad accounts, learned

Connect Meta or Google Ads and SHAI asks which of the ad accounts your login reaches belong to this business — an agency's login reaches every client's — and reads only those. It imports every campaign, ad set and ad with the settings you chose, and every creative, primary text, headline and description with its results, marked imported and ranked best first.

See Connect My Tools →

Ad descriptions, their own tab

Descriptions sit beside Copy and Headlines: the ones already running on your accounts with their numbers, and new ones SHAI writes from your best performers or you add yourself.

See Descriptions →

Ad alerts that check the numbers first

SHAI watches each ad and campaign: a Frequency past 1.5 is a heads-up, and past 2 it suggests cutting it, unless your real cost per lead or return on ad spend says it pays. A CTR (link click-through rate) under 1.5% is a heads-up, and under 1% it names the likely weak part (hook, creative or offer) and offers new variations. Nothing is flagged under 1,000 impressions. Alerts show on Metrics, in chat, in your morning text and on Needs you.

See Metrics →

New campaigns that copy what works

Ads → New campaign: pick the ad account and any of Meta's six objectives — Awareness, Traffic, Engagement, Leads, App promotion or Sales, bought by Auction or, where Meta allows it, Reservation — with only the options and fields that objective takes, or start from the two recommended presets, Lead form and Direct to booking. SHAI plans the campaign the way you built your best one — its objective, budget, bid strategy, audience, placements, Page, button, form or booking page, and your own naming with the next number and today's date — with new variations of your best creatives and copy. With nothing to copy it uses its playbook: open targeting where your creative names your ideal customer, the eight feed, Stories and Reels placements, one ad per creative. Every setting shows Meta's own label, where it came from and why; your words win. It builds everything paused, checks your dataset or Lead Ads Terms, and asks before anything spends, then tells you when Meta approves the ads or why it rejected one.

See New campaign →

Your lead form, made for you

For a lead-form campaign, SHAI creates the instant form on your Facebook Page through Meta's API: Higher intent with a phone passcode, an intro that calls out your ideal customer, a yes/no qualifier, name, email and phone, your own privacy policy and a Book Call end page, all in your words. It then lists the few settings Meta's API can't set, to finish in Ads Manager. If your Meta connection hasn't allowed it yet, you get the same form as a click-by-click checklist. A form spends nothing.

See New campaign →

Expert advice, cited and kept current

Beside every new campaign plan, SHAI shows what the Meta ads experts it studies would add: lead forms, direct to booking, placements, budgets and creative, for every kind of business. A store, or a brand selling products, also gets the ecommerce experts' ideas. Each idea names its source, the date SHAI read it and the newest thing SHAI has seen on it. They never change your plan: your words, your own account and the playbook come first. Every Monday SHAI re-checks its expert sources and Meta's own changes, and flags anything new for review.

See New campaign →

Ad Spy: see a competitor's ads, then make your own

Ads → Spy: paste a business's Instagram or Facebook username, website, YouTube channel or store link, and SHAI shows the ads it runs as Meta's Ad Library does — the copy, picture or video, button, start date and platforms — ten at a time with Load 10 more, how many are live, their oldest launch and your own newest. Filter by objective, launch date or launch week, or just ask. It reads Meta's free Ad Library API (which returns a business's ads only where they reached the EU) or your own Apify, quoted first and capped, and links you straight to Google's Ads Transparency Center. It never shows a number the library doesn't give. Build A Variation turns any ad into one of your own — new copy and creative, the policy check, added to your campaign with the same objective or a new one — created paused until you approve it.

See Spy →

Ad budgets, one approval each

SHAI scales or moves budget on your Meta and Google campaigns, one approval per change. Each shows the budget now, the new amount and the percent change, warns above about 20% (the learning phase), and on Google lists any other campaigns sharing that budget.

Cold Call Automation

Describe the goal in plain words, like booking a call, sending a trial link or inviting someone to an event, and SHAI's AI voice calls the leads on your list who have given written consent to be called, and business landlines, which that rule doesn't cover. It learns your business from your website and everything SHAI already knows, says it is an AI calling for your business, announces recording when you turn it on, offers an opt-out, and transfers the call live to you or a rep when your trigger comes up. If nobody answers the transfer, it tells the lead and keeps working toward the goal.

See Cold Call Automation →

Calls your reps place

Leads without that consent go to you or your reps to dial: SHAI writes the script and logs every outcome, after a check against your own National Do Not Call Registry download and your own do-not-call list, between 8am and 9pm in the lead's time zone and inside the stricter hours some states set.

See Cold Call Automation →

Permit Tracker

Add a permit by its number and city and SHAI checks the city's public record on a schedule. When it moves (submitted, in review, approved, issued, inspection passed or failed), your own GoHighLevel texts the crew you picked and updates your customer by text or email, only to people who agreed and inside their hours, and every change is logged. A city that shows permits only on its portal gets the exact steps, and you type the status in one box.

See Permit Tracker →

Find projects by permit

Describe the projects you want, like early-stage concrete buildings of 10+ stories or data centers in three counties, and SHAI turns it into filters you can edit, with a look-back of up to 12 months. It reads the open permit data of 69 US and Canadian cities and counties and gives one row per project, tiered with the rules it matched, naming the owner, general contractor, the trade you sell to (with where each name was found) and the design team, with their public business contacts. Prospect lists of the contractors and of the architects and engineers each have a CSV, and firms on your own watch list are flagged to verify. Unknown means the record doesn't say; estimates are labelled MODELED. Re-run weekly, download a CSV, or send the businesses to GoHighLevel or an Organic Outreach email campaign.

CRM Inbox

Read every conversation in your connected CRM inside SHAI: texts, emails (subject and body), calls with their length, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, Google Business, live chat and the rest, newest first, with Unread, All, Recent and Starred, filters by channel and by who it's assigned to, and search. Open one to see both sides of the thread with its photos and links, and the contact's details, tags and Do Not Disturb beside it. Reply from SHAI on any channel the contact has: texts go only with consent on file and inside the person's hours, Do Not Disturb and opt-outs always hold, and a channel SHAI can't check asks you to confirm you're answering it yourself. Mark read, unread or starred, and it changes in your CRM too. Each business sees only its own conversations, and SHAI keeps no copy of the messages.

Instagram, connected

Connect your Instagram Business or Creator account through Meta's official login; SHAI never sees your password. Post images, reels, carousels and stories, now or scheduled; read, reply to, hide and delete comments on your own posts; answer people who message you, within Instagram's rules and with an AI disclosure; and read reach, views, followers, saves, shares and reel watch time. You approve before anything posts.

Raw footage in, finished videos out

Style Clone

Upload videos whose editing you love — another creator's, an influencer's or your own — and SHAI learns the style: cut rhythm, zooms, colour, loudness, pop-up timing. Then it edits one of your videos, or up to 20 at once, to match: colour matched to the style, your logo in the corner with Add my logo, each scored with a before and after, and exported crisp, up to 4K. No credits.

See Video Editor →

Edit my videos, four ways

Pick how SHAI edits: in your saved brand style; in what is going viral this week, researched per platform, with a separate edit for each platform when the winning styles differ; on SHAI's best judgement, matched to your past videos; or let SHAI pick the tier, based on your connected Stripe, Square or QuickBooks revenue.

See Video Editor →

Batch edits, one approval

Upload many videos and pick Low, Average or Premium for each one or for all, with an estimate per video and in total. One Agree covers the whole batch, inside that total.

See Video Editor →

Raw footage, edited for you

SHAI edits raw footage into finished videos: cuts, captions, pop-ups, B-roll, motion graphics and subscribe, follow and bell calls to action. It uses whichever of your connected tools does each step best, and an edit never spends past the credits you agreed to.

See Connect My Tools →

The full treatment, in every edit

Every edit gets the full treatment by default: SHAI sets the pacing, pop-ups and colour; SHAI finds or generates B-roll matched to the topic, at the tier you pick (Low, Average or Premium); and it adds motion graphics, overlays, transitions and sound effects, with music from a track you hold the licence to. Every piece of content and every ad creative, images and videos alike, runs through the full editing stack. Any AI B-roll is labelled AI-generated, and every edit is quoted before it spends.

See Video Editor →

Phrase-by-phrase editing

SHAI edits phrase by phrase: one visual for each phrase, about a second each. When you mention a website or a piece of software, it shows a live screen recording with a moving cursor that zooms into the exact thing you are talking about. A product you name gets real footage of it, and a person you name gets real clips from their own talks, taken only from sources whose licence allows it. When nothing real exists, SHAI generates an AI video, never a still, labelled AI-generated. Pauses are cut, and every shot gets motion graphics and a sound effect. You just describe the changes you want. It works on videos you upload and videos SHAI makes, and on all your content and ad creatives, images and videos alike.

See Video Editor →

Who does what, with a switch for each part

In every edit, SHAI sets the cut rhythm, the pop-ups and the colour, at 0 credits for that part, and its own editor does the rest; the estimate and the finished video say who did what. Something new lands on screen every 1–2 seconds, kinetic text, icons, cards and B-roll matching what is being said, each with its own sound effect; B-roll cuts in cleanly on the edit's own cut points, and captions are bold. Untick AI B-roll, motion graphics, sound effects or transitions before you see the estimate: B-roll is about 3 scenes per 75 seconds on Average and 7 on Premium, one line on the estimate under the same Agree.

See Video Editor →

Describe a video

Describe the video you want in chat, out loud in Talk With SHAI, or on the Describe page, and SHAI makes it: 5 to 60 seconds, 9:16, 16:9 or 1:1, up to 1080p. Add photos to bring to life or use as a reference, or clips to merge. It is quoted and waits for your yes before anything is made, then lands in Library → Videos and opens in the Video editor as its own project.

See Talk With SHAI →

Phrase-by-phrase edit in Finish, and one stack for every creative

Finish ticks Phrase-by-phrase edit for every short, so each one is edited phrase by phrase for free on SHAI's worker: something new lands on screen at least every two seconds, a zoom never counts, and the speaker keeps one steady framing when B-roll comes in. A site behind a login is never recorded; you get the exact place to drop your own recording. Every post, ad creative and video SHAI makes goes through the same editing stack: images made with your brand kit, a motion version wherever the placement takes video, and every caption and headline through SHAI's writing pass.

See Video Editor →

AI avatar videos, without filming

Make avatar videos from a script with your own AI avatar, made with your consent: a script from Library or typed in, 9:16, 16:9, 1:1 or 4:5, priced first from your own wallet. Results land in Library, and every post is labelled AI-generated.

See Library →

Your own AI influencer

Create an AI influencer by answering a few questions about it (character type, build, hair, style, features and accessories), with a reference photo or video if you have one. Then make photos of it in any scene and outfit, and videos with motion transfer, objects swap or a line it says; a vertical talking video is also edited phrase by phrase, like every creative SHAI makes. Everything is priced first, saved to Library and labelled AI-generated.

See AI Influencer →

Recreate what's trending

Browse every trending video (three tabs, including Community trending and Community new), kept current automatically, and recreate any of them with your AI influencer, your own photos or your products in one click. SHAI writes the prompt, shows the price at 480p, 720p and 1080p, and makes it once you agree. Or just ask in chat or Talk With SHAI. With several people in a video, upload several photos and choose who plays whom, the same in every scene or different in one scene; SHAI finds the scenes and the people for you.

Logos and images, many at once

Describe a logo or image, or upload your own to edit or use as a style or subject reference. Viral faceless videos, a whole series at once

Type a “what if…” topic, choose the episode length (15 seconds to 5 minutes) and 1 to 4 episodes, pick a trending style from its gallery or upload your own reference video and images, and choose the narrator. SHAI prices the whole series first, makes it once you agree, and files every episode in Library and the Video editor to schedule from your own accounts.

Your Canva and Creatify work, in your Library

Connect Canva or Creatify and everything you already made there appears in Library under From Canva or From Creatify, by folder and date. Edit in Canva opens a design in Canva's own editor and its Return button brings the new version back; make new designs from your brand templates; new posts and ads follow the style SHAI measured from your work.

B-roll, pop-ups and motion graphics

SHAI adds B-roll, image pop-ups, icons and motion graphics where they fit the words, and subscribe, follow and bell pop-ups at the moments that ask for them.

See Video Editor →

A style from a link, a creator or a sentence

Teach Style Clone a style from links to videos you like on YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X or Vimeo, from a creator's page (their most recent videos, up to 10), or from a plain description of the look you want. It learns only the editing style, through your own connected accounts, with what it costs shown first.

See Video Editor →

Popular creator styles, ready to use

SHAI knows popular business and AI creator editing styles and suggests one when it fits your topic: an AI-tools explainer with screen recordings, a calm founder talking-head with frameworks, a cinematic business explainer and a luxury entrepreneur vlog. Each is saved as editing settings only, never anyone's footage, music or graphics. When your topic clearly fits, SHAI edits in that style and tells you; when it only might, it asks. Ask for any of them by name; your own saved style always comes first.

See Video Editor →

Video to Photos

Upload a video and say how many photos you want — 1 to 50 a run, 10 by default. SHAI picks the best full-resolution stills: sharp, well lit, no near-duplicates, upright, in natural colour even from iPhone HDR. Download one or all as a zip, or save them to Library. Free; every photo is a real frame, and if the video holds fewer good ones you get those and the reason.

See Videos to Photos →

Viral Clips

SHAI finds and ranks a video's most shareable moments, and each clip is drafted as a post you approve.

See Viral Clips →

YouTube mids

A long Q&A, podcast, webinar or livestream becomes ranked horizontal 16:9 highlights built to grow your YouTube subscribers. Each mid shows why it ranks where it does (the hook in its first 30 seconds, a question answered, your topics, its pacing) and never a made-up view count. Pick 3 to 15 minutes or your own range; SHAI cuts the dead air, adds chapters and optional captions, checks framing, audio, captions and cuts before anything is filed, drafts titles that say only what the video says, and schedules a mid to your own channel after you approve it. Free once the recording has a transcript; a new transcript runs on your own OpenAI key, quoted first.

Who finds the clips?

Choose who finds the clips: SHAI researches and clips your video, or your own clip tool picks and scores them, with both prices side by side before you pick.

Clips stay in your clip tool and use its own credits.

Add your own photos and clips to it, each included in the video as it is or used as a reference only, and paste a video whose style you want matched.

Audiences

Describe your ideal customer and SHAI turns it into filters you can edit: age, gender, birth month, marital status, children in the household, education, occupation, business owners, veterans in the household and people turning 65; income, net worth, investments, home value and purchase price, years in the home, homeowner or renter, building type and pools; interests, hobbies, pet owners, charity donors and opportunity seekers. Autopilots

Jobs SHAI does for your business on its own

Autopilots

Switch on an autopilot and SHAI does one job by itself, inside the settings you choose: each card says what it needs connected, what it did and when, and what needs you, and nothing it sends goes from anywhere but your own accounts.

See Autopilots →

Appointment Pull-Up

When a client cancels, SHAI offers the open time to your clients booked later that day, then tomorrow's, by text or an AI call. The first yes gets it: their appointment moves in your calendar and everyone else is told it's taken.

See Autopilots →

Ghosted Quote Follow-Up

Follows up on quotes your customers went quiet on, on day 3, 7 and 14 (you choose), naming the exact job they asked about. It stops the moment they reply, book, pay or opt out.

See Autopilots →

Document Chaser

Keeps a checklist per client. What a client uploads to their secure link, or what you forward by email, is named, filed in the client's folder and ticked off; SHAI tracks what is still missing and drafts the reminder email for you to read and send. Tax forms and IDs are encrypted and never shown in chat.

See Autopilots →

Supplier Price Watch

Reads your supplier invoices — QuickBooks bills, PDF invoices emailed to you, or lines you upload — and compares every item with your last order and its recent average. When a price rises past your threshold, it tells you that day, with a drafted push-back email and any cheaper supplier already on file.

See Autopilots →

Reorder Reminder

Learns how often each customer rebuys each product from their own orders. About three-quarters of the way through, they get one text offering to set aside their usual. A yes holds it in your store, or tells your staff.

See Autopilots →

Permit approval alerts

Checks the city's public permit record for the permits you add on Permit Tracker, and when one is approved, issued or inspected it texts your crew and updates your customer from your own GoHighLevel. This card's daily pass lists what changed and puts any permit SHAI could not read on Needs you.

See Autopilots →

Late Invoice Nudger

Watches your open invoices in Stripe, Square or QuickBooks. At 15 days late it sends the client a friendly reminder with the invoice, at 30 a firmer one, and at 45 it tells you to call. It stops the moment the invoice is paid, the client replies, or there is a dispute.

See Autopilots →

Decision Follow-Through

After a team call, SHAI writes down what you decided and who owns each task, posts it to your team's channel, and checks in with each person on their own channel until they reply DONE — then tells you once about anything overdue.

See Autopilots →

New Hire Helper

New employees text their questions and SHAI answers with your own handbook's words and where they came from. When your docs don't cover it, it says so and asks you, and shows you the gaps to fill. Texts only with each employee's consent.

See Autopilots →

Zombie Subscription Hunter

Looks at every tool you connected to SHAI and what it costs. It flags one only when neither your team (through SHAI) nor SHAI itself has needed it for 30 days, or when a cheaper tool you already have does the same job, with the evidence and the monthly saving. You cancel with one tap.

Start a business

From an idea to a launched business

Start a business from an idea

Type your idea, approve the plan, and SHAI builds and launches it step by step: its own workspace, a business plan with cited figures and labelled assumptions, the offer, a name checked against the public registry, the website, store, app or funnel, the first content, ads and outreach plans, and the tasks that keep it moving.

See Start a Business →

Your domain, on your own account

Ecommerce

Build an online store, or grow the one you have

Your store, where you want it

Connect your own store and SHAI builds it out: Shopify (an app you make in your own Shopify Dev Dashboard, or an existing custom-app token), WooCommerce, Wix (synced to its catalog), a product file you import into GoDaddy, or a storefront SHAI builds in your own GitHub, hosted on your own Vercel with checkout on your own Stripe.

See Store →

Products, found and priced

Find products on CJdropshipping with your own free key, each with its own price, photos, stock and delivery days, or add your own supplier's. Your markup sets the price; profit and margin are always shown as estimates. Nothing is invented: no fake reviews, sales counts or "was" prices.

See Store →

Drafts you publish

Products go in as drafts and you press Publish on each one. SHAI lists the Shopify apps worth adding, with links, for you to install.

See Store →

Abandoned cart, upsell, downsell and post-purchase

SHAI writes and sets up your sequences in your email tool, ready for you to turn on: every subject, preview line and email, built as a draft flow in your own Klaviyo, or step by step for Shopify Messaging and GoHighLevel. Offers appear only when you set them, and every email carries your unsubscribe link and postal address.

See Connect My Tools →

Ads that grow the store

SHAI makes ads for your products from your own credits, each quoted first, sets up Meta and Google campaigns that you approve before they launch, and manages and scales the budgets with your approval on every change.

See Connect My Tools →

Your growth roadmap

At several monthly ad budgets, the roadmap shows orders, revenue, cost of goods, shipping and fees, ad spend, margin, profit before tax, tax and take-home, with the break-even cost per sale. It is built from your real numbers and every figure is labelled an estimate.

See Connect My Tools →

The Ecommerce menu: a store you already run

Ecommerce → Shopify, WooCommerce, Wix, Square, GoDaddy, Vercel (built by SHAI), Custom store and Amazon: connect the store you already have through its own official API on your own credentials, and SHAI reads its products, low and out-of-stock items, orders and revenue for the last 7, 30 or 90 days and its top products, each read shown with its time. Nothing is shown until you connect: no sample figures. A custom-coded store gives SHAI its product feed or file, and its sales come from your own Stripe or Square.

See Shopify →

Better product copy, written back only when you approve

Pick a product and SHAI drafts a clearer title and description from its current copy, adding no claim your copy does not make. You read it beside the current copy; on Shopify, WooCommerce, Wix and Square SHAI writes it to your store when you press Approve, on the store SHAI built on Vercel it opens a pull request on your store's repo for you to merge, and on GoDaddy, Amazon (within Amazon's title rules) or a custom store you paste it in.

See WooCommerce →

Grow the store you have

From each store page: SEO, AI-search and site-speed checks of your store's public pages with the fixes as a checklist for your platform's own editor, supplier products added through Store, ads for your top products through the Ads menu, Google Shopping through your own Merchant Center, and email follow-ups through your own Klaviyo — each quoted first and approved by you.

See Custom store →

Square, GoDaddy and the store SHAI built

Square sellers connect with their own Square sign-in or access token and SHAI reads items, stock across locations and completed orders from Square's Catalog, Inventory and Orders APIs. GoDaddy sellers connect read-only through GoDaddy's Commerce API, or use the import-file route when their Online Store is not on it. The store SHAI built on your own Vercel is picked from your Vercel projects: products from its repo, orders from your Stripe Checkout, the live deployment from Vercel, and a Redeploy button.

See Vercel (built by SHAI) →

Your Amazon store

Connect your own Amazon seller account through a private app in your own Seller Central, with the steps shown click by click; SHAI never asks for your password. It reads your listings, prices, FBA stock, orders and reports, changes a price when you ask, runs your Sponsored Products ads with your approval on every budget change, and shows an Amazon roadmap with Amazon's fees, every figure an estimate.

See Amazon →

Set up and run a TikTok Shop

Ecommerce → TikTok Shop walks you through opening a TikTok Shop: signing up, verifying your business, adding your tax form, bank account, warehouse and shipping, and registering your own app in TikTok Shop Partner Center. Each step shows what you should see when it is done, and SHAI ticks the steps it can check with TikTok. Connect through your own app on TikTok's own sign-in page, never your password. SHAI then reads your products, stock and orders, and lists your own Store products and syncs stock, with your approval before each listing is published.

Explore games by category, watch each one's gameplay preview, and use one as a reference or make your own variation of it; see the price first, and SHAI builds the game. Every game lands in My games and your Library, ready to download, and you can publish it to the community to play at its own link.

SHAI writes the brief, the cast and each chapter's beats for 0 credits and walks you through making it, or draws the whole comic itself, priced first and labelled Drawn by SHAI. Finished comics come back to My comics and your Library to read in SHAI, and templates and community comics are there for ideas: recreate a template, use one as a reference, or make your own original version.

Who asked SHAI, and when

Built for businesses with a team: every command a teammate gives SHAI, from chat, a text, a call, Slack or the portal, is logged with who asked and when it was asked, approved, started and finished, all in one Activity list on Team. Anyone can ask SHAI "who ran this?", and when a teammate has already asked for the same job, SHAI flags it instead of doing it twice. Admins choose, person by person, who may see names; everyone else hears "another team member already asked".

See Team →

Private chats for each person

On a team, each person's chats with SHAI, by chat, Talk, phone or text, are private from the rest of the team; only the owner and admins can read them, and nobody can write in someone else's thread. What SHAI learns from a member's chats stays private to that member unless an owner or admin shares it.

See Team →

Team Autopilot

Connect Slack, Discord, Microsoft Teams, Monday.com and email, approve once, and SHAI builds what your team talks about or needs: flyers, pitch decks, spreadsheets, forecasts, marketing and content plans, websites, CRMs and full ad campaigns, and it automates manual work it sees repeated. Anything that reaches outside the company waits for a one-tap approval from the right person by Slack, text or email, and paid steps stay within a monthly budget you set.

See Connect My Tools →

Ask SHAI on every screen, with live screen help

A small Ask SHAI button on every screen answers questions about the page you are on, and opens the Connect card when you are setting a tool up. Choose text, voice or both. Share this tab or another site, like an ad manager, and SHAI guides you live while you launch campaigns, edit content or set up ads. It sees and explains, it does not click for you, and it keeps no picture or recording; a red bar and a Stop button show the whole time you share.

See Connect My Tools →

What's New: every feature, dated

Press Edit layout on any page made of sections (Home, Tasks, Library, Connect My Tools, the Ads tabs and the rest) to drag blocks into the order you want, remove the ones you don't use, and add them back from Add block, then Save, Cancel or Reset to default. AI model and strength: one choice for all of SHAI's work

Settings → AI model and strength picks the Claude model (Opus 5.5 by default, Fable 5.1, Sonnet 5.5 or Haiku 5.5) and the strength (Low, Medium, High, Extra, Max or Ultracode, as in Claude Code) for every run, chat, call and grade on your own keys, plus a model and strength for OpenAI, Grok or Perplexity where the vendor offers one. The estimated cost shows before you save, a box you tick says what the change does, and the choice stays for everyone on the account until somebody changes it.

See Settings →

Approve every paid action: one switch

Settings → Approvals has one opt-in switch, Ask me before every paid action, off by default. Turn it on and every step that would spend money or paid credits (image and video credits, paid lead searches, ad spend, texts and calls that cost money, anything quoted) waits in Needs you with what it spends and Approve / Decline, including scheduled tasks and tools you connect later. It only makes things stricter: your tools' own Approvals, the daily ceiling and everything else stay as they are.

See Settings →

Spending caps: the account's and each person's

Settings sets the account's daily spending cap ($25 a day to start, any amount, or No cap with a warning); Team gives any team member a daily cap of their own, and shows today's spend against each. A person's spend counts toward both, and the lower one wins. Work that would go over waits in Needs you, never dropped, with Ask to raise my limit and an optional amount and reason; the people allowed to raise it are told, raise it for today only or for good, and the held work resumes. You decide which admins may raise the account's cap, every member's, or only named members'; by default only you can.

Talk to SHAI out loud. Tap once and ask for what you need — SHAI answers you in its own voice, included with every account (or switch to your own), and starts the work, or switch on hands-free and keep the conversation going.

The Talk With SHAI screen: SHAI's glowing hologram on a stage of blue-lit mountains, with a Tap to talk button.

The Home screen: a greeting, SHAI's status, and the push-to-talk and request boxes.
  3. /chat

  4. /community

    Join The Community

Join SHAI's free community on Skool to talk with other SHAI users, hear about updates first and ask for the agents, tools and connections you want next.

The Join The Community screen: what happens in SHAI's free Skool community, the three steps to join, and the button that opens it.
  5. /client-menus

    Make a Custom Page

Build pages your way. Make as many custom pages as you like, put any features on each one (the call grader, Audience lists, setter tracking, metrics tiles, autopilots and more), and each becomes a tab under Personalize SHAI. A feature shows the same data as on its own page, under the same permissions.

The Make a Custom Page screen: Make a page with a name and an icon, the list of your custom pages with rename, reorder and delete, and how to mix features into SHAI's own pages.
  6. /client-menus/menu-view

    Edit SHAI Menu View

Your whole sidebar on one screen: switch any section or page off or on, drag them into the order you want, and see the result in a live preview before you save. Undo puts the last save back, and one click resets the menu to SHAI's standard. A hidden page is never deleted and comes back with one switch.

The Edit SHAI Menu View screen: every sidebar section with its pages, a switch and a drag handle on each, up and down buttons, Save and Undo, and a preview of the sidebar beside it.

The Runs screen for a new account, before its first run.
  8. /tasks

    Tasks

Set work to happen on a schedule, like next week's posts every Monday at 8am. Every task shows what it will cost before you save it, and nothing runs until you say so.

The Tasks screen: running and paused counts, the projected monthly cost, and a cost calculator per model.
  9. /files

    Files

Every spreadsheet, document, deck, PDF and chart your agents produce, ready to download — and each one also kept in your own repository, so this is never the only copy.

  10. /library

    Library

Everything SHAI built for you — videos, images, ad copy, captions, scripts, pages and documents — by type, named and dated, with a box under each item: a change updates it in place, and only a new variation adds another beside it.

The Library's Documents tab: the sample set by type, each item with its preview, a download and a box to ask for a change.

  14. /spaces

    Spaces

Turn the spreadsheet your staff outgrew into a small app — a job log, a stock count, a request form — with its own sign-in and database, on your own accounts.

The Spaces screen: Small tools your staff actually open, and where a space is hosted.
  15. /start-a-business

    Start a Business

Type an idea and answer three questions: SHAI gives the new business its own workspace and a plan from business plan to launch, and does each step with its own agents — quoted first, and every paid or public step only after you approve it.

The Start a business from an idea screen: the idea in your words, budget, where it operates, how hands-on you want to be and what to build first, with the button that makes its workspace and the plan.
  16. /autopilots

    Autopilots

Jobs SHAI does for your business on its own — reminding clients about late invoices, catching supplier price rises, finding software nobody uses — each with what it needs, an On/Off switch, its settings, what it did and when, and what needs you.

The Viral Clips screen: the workspace picker and the upload box.
  19. /video-to-photos

    Videos to Photos

Upload a video, say how many photos you want, and SHAI picks the sharpest, best-lit, most different moments and saves each at the video's full resolution — upright, in normal colour. Free.

The Video to Photos screen: a video uploaded with its rights tick, and How many photos? — a number from 1 to 50, 10 by default — with the Get 10 photos button.
  20. /avatar-videos

    Avatar videos

Make videos of yourself without filming: your own AI avatar reads a script you write or one SHAI wrote, quoted first, saved to Library and labelled as AI-generated wherever it is posted.

  21. /ai-influencer

The Logo / Image Creation screen in Content & Branding for a new account: the box to describe what you want.
  23. /faceless-video

    Create A Viral Faceless Video

Make viral faceless what-if shorts: type a topic, pick the episode length (15 seconds to 5 minutes) and 1 to 4 episodes, start from one of its trending styles or upload your own reference video and images, and see the price for the whole series before anything is made. 24. /audiences

    Audience

Describe who you want in a sentence — married with kids, income over $100k, in San Diego — edit the filters it becomes, and bring in a licensed list with its source on every row, a state map and charts.

  26. /chat-bots

    AI Chat Bots

  27. /chat-bots/sandbox

  28. /pitch-studio

  29. /cold-calls

    Taxes

Gather your W-2s, 1099s and receipts by tax year, or pull your business's own revenue, and SHAI shows what's missing, the deductions to check with their IRS publications, and a packet to file through IRS Free File, your own tax software or your CPA. SHAI isn't a tax preparer and doesn't file for you.

The Taxes screen: the not-a-tax-preparer note, the tax year, the questions, your documents, what's missing and the deductions to check.
  77. /tutor

    Tutor

A 1-on-1 AI tutor for your child: pick a subject and grade, start with a short diagnostic, then practice with hints rather than answers. You see mastery per skill and every session, and a child under 13 needs your consent first.

The Tutor screen: the AI-not-a-teacher note, your children, parental consent, the session and the parent report.
  78. /will

    Will & Estate

A guided simple will for your state, with its signing, witness and notary steps and where to keep it, plus healthcare wishes and a power of attorney starting point. Document preparation, not legal advice: a trust, a business or assets abroad go to an attorney.

The Will & Estate screen: the not-legal-advice note, your documents, the questions that decide whether a simple will fits, and the interview.
  79. /tools

    Agents

Browse all 103 agents by squad, see what each one does and which tools it needs, and open any one to use it on its own.

The Agents screen: cards for each agent with its command and the tools it needs.
  80. /your-tools

    Your tools

Ask SHAI to use the tools with no screen of their own.

The Your tools screen: each connected tool with what SHAI does in it and requests to send to Chat.
  81. /skills

    Skills

Explore every agent by squad, industry and what it needs, teach SHAI your way with a skill of your own, and find the private agents SHAI built from your business's own procedures.

The Skills screen: filters by squad, industry and needs, and the section for skills you teach SHAI.
  82. /memory

    Memory

See what SHAI has learned about you and each business, tell it something to remember once, and edit or delete any note.

The Memory screen: what SHAI has learned, and a form to tell SHAI something once.
  83. /marketplace

    Marketplace

Browse skills and squads other people built, each read by a SHAI operator before it is listed, and add one to your account — free or for a one-time price.

The Marketplace screen: category and price filters above verified squad listings.
  84. /connections

    Connect My Tools

Find a tool, press one big button, and connect it the first time you use it — any tool, not just the cards shown: choose from 3,254 different tools, and “Search all tools” looks through every one; you don't need to connect everything now. At the end of the welcome interview SHAI offers only the connections for the features you ticked. See what each connected app may do without asking, and choose whether a connection is shared across your businesses. After that you run them from SHAI, not from each app's own site.

The Connect My Tools screen: sharing across workspaces and the list of connected tools.
  85. /workspaces

    Businesses

Keep every business separate. Each one has its own workspace — its own threads, runs, approvals and connections — apart from your personal one.

The Businesses screen: the personal workspace and a sample business with its settings.
  86. /team

    Team

Invite the people who work with you — nothing is ticked for them until you tick it — choose what each person can reach and use, set what each of them may spend, and see every command on Activity: who asked, and when it was approved, started and finished.

The Team screen: the people on the account with their role, seat, workspaces and daily cap.
  87. /usage

    Usage & billing

Track token usage for any day, range or month — estimated and actual cost side by side, by provider, with what prompt caching saved you — plus the texts and calls SHAI has sent.

The Token usage screen: a period picker and totals for cost and tokens.
  88. /settings/billing

    Billing

See your trial and the day it ends, your plan and its limits, and the texts and calls you have left; pick monthly, quarterly, 6-month or annual billing and see what each saves, change plan or term, or cancel in one press, and find every invoice and your credits in one place.

The Billing screen during the trial: texts and calls left, the day the trial ends, and the Solo plan with its limits.
  89. /setup

    Setup

Four steps, in order: your private repository, your tools, your budget, and a one-time interview so every agent knows you. Skip any step and come back to it later.

The Setup screen: step 1, your private repository, and step 2, connecting your tools.
  90. /settings

    Settings

Your account, your repository, your phone and when SHAI may reach you, SHAI's voice (every account has it, with your own voice optional), your daily spend ceiling, standing approvals, API keys, export and more.

The Settings screen: your account details and your SHAI repository.
  91. /whats-new

    What's New

Every feature SHAI has added, with the date it went live, newest first. Filter by Major, Minor or Fix to see just the big launches, the improvements or the fixes.

The What's New screen: All, Major, Minor and Fix filters, a month heading, and dated cards for each new feature.
  92. /help

    Help Center

Guides by topic, from getting started to ads, sales and selling online. Open a guide to see its steps, read the whole guide, or press Chat with us to ask SHAI.

The Help Center screen: topic cards, each with fold-out guides that list their steps, and the Chat with us button.
