One account and one trial per mobile number: the account owner verifies theirs with a texted code at sign-up. Rewards for staying, and your birthday month on us

Do I get anything for staying?

Yes: SHAI Rewards, on every paid plan. Each paid month banks 5,000 characters of SHAI's voice; month 1 adds a member badge and 25,000 more, month 2 the Members' prompt pack, month 3 an extra team seat (Business and Agency) or priority support (Solo), month 6 a 1-on-1 strategy call, and every 12 months 20% off one month's price, credited to your next bill. Trials and complimentary accounts don't earn rewards, and a chargeback withdraws them.

Is my birthday month really free?

Yes, once a year on a paid plan, after your plan's first charge. Monthly: the renewal before your birthday month charges only up to the last day of the month before it, the whole birthday month is free, and your next bill is the 1st of the month after it (billed July 15 with an August birthday: you pay for July 15–31, August is free, your next bill is September 1). Quarterly, 6 months or annual: the renewal that covers your birthday month charges one month less. Settings → Billing shows the exact amounts first, and we email you a week before. We keep only the month and day; a year, if you add one, just confirms you're 18 or older.
