SHAI for Med spas

High-ticket consults need fast, careful follow-up — and careful language.

How this business runs

High-ticket consults that close on careful, fast follow-up - and a category where the careless sentence is a regulatory problem, not just a bad ad. The bottleneck is almost always the days between the enquiry and the consult.

The recommended team

8 agents from the roster, in the order this trade needs them.

The tasks that will run

Follow up every consult enquiry

every weekday at 7am

A consult enquiry that waits two days books with whoever called first.

/ghl-pipeline · runs the agent · delivered to dashboard

Remind and confirm tomorrow's consults

every weekday at 4pm

A confirmed consult shows up far more often than an unconfirmed one.

/ghl-pipeline · runs the agent · delivered to dashboard

Post this week's education

every Monday at 8am

This category is bought after it is understood, and the understanding comes from the feed.

/organic-content-creator · runs the agent · delivered to dashboard

Report cost per booked consult

every Monday at 8am

Cost per lead flatters this category; cost per booked consult tells the truth.

/ads-metrics · runs the agent · delivered to dashboard

Every one of these arrives as a proposal you approve or decline. Nothing is scheduled by signing up.

The tools to connect

Go High Level (GHL)

GoHighLevel is where the leads, the pipeline, the calendar and the conversations live. Almost every task below reads or writes it.

Meta Graph API (Instagram professional accounts + Facebook Pages)

Meta is where the audience is and where the ads run; without it nothing posts or reports.

Google Calendar

Google Calendar is what SHAI writes to when the booking does not live in the CRM.

Each one is your own account, connected once. Every tool carries its price and the exact steps.

The first week

  1. Connect the CRM and let SHAI show you every consult enquiry from the last 30 days and what happened to it.
  2. Have it draft a week of education posts and run them past whoever signs off on your claims.
  3. Turn on the consult-confirmation task first - it is the cheapest win in this trade.
  4. Switch on the Receptionist for after-hours calls with your FAQ and booking calendar; anything clinical becomes a message, never an answer.

What to read on a Monday

  • Consult show rate — Booked consults that do not turn up are the most expensive thing in the business.
  • Consult-to-treatment conversion — Where the price of the marketing is actually justified or not.
  • Cost per booked consult — Not cost per lead - the two diverge badly in this category.
  • Repeat-treatment rate — Most of the profit is in the second and third visit.

What SHAI will not do in this trade

  • No patient records, ever. SHAI handles scheduling and marketing metadata only - no chart notes, no diagnoses, no treatment history, no patient photos, in any task, prompt or file it writes. A task that would need clinical detail is declined, not narrowed.
  • Before-and-after imagery is regulated in most states and on both ad platforms. Use only images the practice owns with written patient consent on file, never a stock or generated image presented as a result, and keep the consent in the client's rights.md.
  • Anything that texts or calls a customer runs on a registered A2P 10DLC brand and campaign with the consent record on file. /ghl-a2p sets that up; SHAI will not send a customer message before it exists.
  • TCPA: no call or text to anyone who has not opted in, nothing outside 8am-9pm in the recipient's own time zone, and an opt-out honoured on the first message it arrives in.
  • Every message SHAI sends to someone who is not the owner says it is an AI assistant acting for the business (master prompt 4.7). It is never presented as a person.
  • No claim of a medical outcome, no 'guaranteed', no 'permanent', no naming a prescription product in a way the platform or the state board forbids. /legal-counsel's disclaimer stays on every draft and a licensed provider signs off before anything runs.
  • SHAI never writes a review, never offers anything in exchange for one, and never posts as a customer. It drafts replies to reviews that already exist, for the owner to send.

Every line in this file is a recommendation written from an operator's knowledge of how this trade actually runs, never a promise about a result. Cadences are starting points; the owner changes them. Compliance notes are a reminder to check, not legal advice. Written 2026-09-15.

A playbook is a head start, not a requirement: SHAI works for any business, and a trade that is not on this list gets the same agents and a general plan built the same way.
