Deleting your data

Everything SHAI holds about you can be deleted, by you, without asking anyone — and anything you connected can be disconnected on its own.

Delete your whole account

Signed in, open Settings → Data → Delete account. Where it can, it removes SHAI's access at Meta, Google, Square, QuickBooks and apps connected through Connect My Tools, then every row held for you; the next page names anything left for you. Settings → Data → Export downloads it all first.

Disconnect one ad account (Meta or Google Ads)

On /connections, the Meta ads or Google Ads card → Disconnect. SHAI revokes its access at Meta or Google and deletes its copy of the sign-in, the list of your ad accounts and the account you picked (for Meta, your Meta user ID and name too); a sign-in that lapses or is replaced is deleted the same way. Running campaigns keep running until you pause them there.

From Facebook

In Facebook, Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites, remove SHAI and send a deletion request. Meta tells SHAI, which deletes every Meta sign-in it holds for you at once, and Meta shows you a confirmation code; this page, opened with that code, says when it was done.

From Google

At myaccount.google.com/permissions, remove SHAI's access. Its Google Ads sign-in stops working at once; SHAI deletes its copy on Disconnect, or when Google next refuses it.

Ask us

Write to contact@meetshai.com and we will delete what we hold about you. We do not treat you differently for asking. Chat messages and approval cards stay until the account is deleted; run logs, 90 days after a run.
