The first week

Connect the CRM and let SHAI list every bid still open past 14 days.
Turn on the open-bid follow-up and read the first week of drafts before anything sends.
Give it photos from the last two finished jobs and let it write the posts you never got round to.
Add your open permits on Permit Tracker with the crew lead's mobile, and let SHAI text them the day one is issued or an inspection is booked.

What to read on a Monday

Bid-to-win rate — The number that decides whether more leads would even help.
Days from bid sent to decision — The gap nobody owns; shortening it wins work without spending anything.
Change-order capture — Work done and never billed is the quietest loss in the trade.

What SHAI will not do in this trade

Anything that texts or calls a customer runs on a registered A2P 10DLC brand and campaign with the consent record on file. /ghl-a2p sets that up; SHAI will not send a customer message before it exists.
TCPA: no call or text to anyone who has not opted in, nothing outside 8am-9pm in the recipient's own time zone, and an opt-out honoured on the first message it arrives in.
Every message SHAI sends to someone who is not the owner says it is an AI assistant acting for the business (master prompt 4.7). It is never presented as a person.
SHAI never writes a review, never offers anything in exchange for one, and never posts as a customer. It drafts replies to reviews that already exist, for the owner to send.
Licence and insurance numbers belong on advertising wherever the state requires them; SHAI uses the ones you gave it.
A bid is a bid, not a contract. Nothing SHAI drafts changes scope, price or terms without your explicit approval on that exact wording.
