SHAI for Consulting businesses
A proposal sits in an inbox for two weeks while the next lead goes cold behind it.
How this business runs
An engagement is won in a proposal that sits in someone's inbox for two weeks while the next lead goes cold behind it. Referrals are the cheapest source and the one nobody follows up systematically, because the person who could send one is busy and nobody asked twice.
The recommended team
7 agents from the roster, in the order this trade needs them.

The tasks that will run
Follow up the proposals sitting with no decision
every weekday at 7amA proposal that is never followed up is a decision made by silence.
/ghl-pipeline · runs the agent · delivered to dashboard
Ask past clients for a referral, on a cadence
on the 1st of each month at 9amThe cheapest engagement available is the one a happy client would send if anyone asked.
/ghl-pipeline · runs the agent · delivered to dashboard
Post this week's point of view
every Monday at 8amA consultant is hired on judgement shown before the call, not just during it.
/organic-content-creator · runs the agent · delivered to dashboard
Grade last week's discovery calls
every Monday at 9amThe proposal-to-signed rate moves when the discovery call changes, not when the deck does.
/sales-call-grader · runs the agent · delivered to dashboard
Look at next quarter's pipeline against capacity
on the 1st of January, April, July and October at 9amA pipeline that outpaces delivery capacity is a promise the firm cannot keep.
/forecasting · runs the agent · delivered to dashboard
Every one of these arrives as a proposal you approve or decline. Nothing is scheduled by signing up.
The tools to connect
Go High Level (GHL)
GoHighLevel is where the pipeline, the calendar and the proposal follow-up live.
Google Calendar
Google Calendar is what SHAI writes to when the booking does not live in the CRM.
Meta Graph API (Instagram professional accounts + Facebook Pages)
Meta is where the firm's own thought-leadership content runs and reports.
Each one is your own account, connected once. Every tool carries its price and the exact steps.
The first week
- Connect the CRM and let SHAI list every proposal sent in the last 60 days with no recorded decision.
- Turn on the monthly referral ask for clients closed more than 90 days ago.
- Ask for utilisation against billable capacity - most firms have never seen it as a single number.
What to read on a Monday
- Proposal-to-signed rate — The single number that decides whether discovery calls are worth the hours they take.
- Average time from proposal sent to decision — A proposal that sits for three weeks is usually a lost one that has not admitted it yet.
- Referral share of new engagements — The cheapest source of work, and the one that lapses without a system asking for it.
- Utilisation against billable capacity — Consulting sells hours in a wrapper, and this is the only honest read on whether they are sold.
What SHAI will not do in this trade
- Anything that texts or calls a prospect runs on a registered A2P 10DLC brand and campaign with the consent record on file. /ghl-a2p sets that up; SHAI will not send a prospect message before it exists.
- TCPA: no call or text to anyone who has not opted in, nothing outside 8am-9pm in the recipient's own time zone, and an opt-out honoured on the first message it arrives in.
- Every message SHAI sends to someone who is not the owner says it is an AI assistant acting for the business (master prompt 4.7). It is never presented as a person.
- SHAI never writes a review, never offers anything in exchange for one, and never posts as a customer. It drafts replies to reviews that already exist, for the owner to send.
- No client name, engagement detail or confidential result appears in marketing, a case study or a referral ask without that client's written permission on file.
- Consulting is not legal, tax or financial advice unless the person holding those licences signs off; nothing SHAI writes presents it as any of those without that review.
Every line in this file is a recommendation written from an operator's knowledge of how this trade actually runs, never a promise about a result. Cadences are starting points; the owner changes them. Compliance notes are a reminder to check, not legal advice. Written 2026-09-21.
A playbook is a head start, not a requirement: SHAI works for any business, and a trade that is not on this list gets the same agents and a general plan built the same way.
