Local search and a reason to come back in both get skipped the moment the floor gets busy.

How this business runs

Foot traffic depends on showing up correctly in local search and giving people a reason to come back in, and both are the first things that get skipped the moment the floor gets busy. The map listing, once set up, is treated as finished when it is actually the storefront's second window.

The recommended team

8 agents from the roster, in the order this trade needs them.

The tasks that will run

Post this week's in-store update

every Monday at 8am

The feed is the shop window for everyone who has not walked past yet.

/organic-content-creator · runs the agent · delivered to dashboard

Answer the reviews and comments

every weekday at 10am

An answered review is the tiebreaker between two stores on the same street.

/social-engagement · runs the agent · delivered to dashboard

Keep the map and location listing right

on the 1st of each month at 9am

Hours, photos and categories drift out of date quietly and cost walk-ins nobody notices losing.

/seo · runs the agent · delivered to dashboard

Plan next month's promotions and events

on the 25th of each month at 9am

A promotion planned with lead time gets a poster in the window; one announced the same week does not.

/holiday-sale-planner · runs the agent · delivered to dashboard

Report what filled the week

on the 1st of each month at 8am

Which post, which promotion, which day - all three are knowable and usually guessed.

/organic-metrics · runs the agent · delivered to dashboard

Every one of these arrives as a proposal you approve or decline. Nothing is scheduled by signing up.

The tools to connect

Meta Graph API (Instagram professional accounts + Facebook Pages)

Meta is where the local audience is and where promotions run; without it nothing posts or reports.

Go High Level (GHL)

GoHighLevel is where the loyalty list, the calendar and the conversations live.

OpenArt

OpenArt is how SHAI makes the images and short video a post needs.

Each one is your own account, connected once. Every tool carries its price and the exact steps.

The first week

  1. Let SHAI audit the map listing's hours, photos and categories - they are usually wrong somewhere.
  2. Let it answer the review and comment backlog, drafts first.
  3. Give it this week's photos and let it write the posting week before the floor gets busy.

What to read on a Monday

  • Local search and map visibilityMost new customers are looking for a business like this near them right now.
  • Repeat-visit rateA local store lives largely on the customers who already know where it is.
  • Review volume and scoreThe tiebreaker between two stores on the same street.
  • Foot traffic by promotion or eventWhether a specific push actually moved people through the door, not just impressions.

What SHAI will not do in this trade

  • Anything that texts a customer runs on a registered A2P 10DLC brand and campaign with the consent record on file. /ghl-a2p sets that up; SHAI will not send a customer text before it exists.
  • TCPA: no text to anyone who has not opted in, nothing outside 8am-9pm in the recipient's own time zone, and an opt-out honoured on the first message it arrives in.
  • Every message SHAI sends to someone who is not the owner says it is an AI assistant acting for the business (master prompt 4.7). It is never presented as a person.
  • SHAI never writes a review, never offers anything in exchange for one, and never posts as a customer. It drafts replies to reviews that already exist, for the owner to send.
  • No price, stock or promotion claim in an ad or post that the store cannot honour, and no 'while supplies last' that is not actually true that day.

Every line in this file is a recommendation written from an operator's knowledge of how this trade actually runs, never a promise about a result. Cadences are starting points; the owner changes them. Compliance notes are a reminder to check, not legal advice. Written 2026-09-21.

A playbook is a head start, not a requirement: SHAI works for any business, and a trade that is not on this list gets the same agents and a general plan built the same way.
