SHAI for AI agencies
Every prospect asks what gets automated for clients, and the agency's own follow-up is still manual.
How this business runs
Every prospect asks what the agency automates for clients, and the honest answer is usually 'more than we automate for ourselves.' Delivery work on client builds eats the hours that should go to the agency's own pipeline, and a lead that cools while a build is in flight rarely comes back.
The recommended team
8 agents from the roster, in the order this trade needs them.

The tasks that will run
Chase the discovery calls that went quiet
every weekday at 7amA lead that cools while a build is in flight for someone else rarely comes back on its own.
/ghl-pipeline · runs the agent · delivered to dashboard
Answer a new enquiry inside the hour
every hour between 8am and 6pm on weekdaysAn AI agency that answers slowly is the punchline of its own pitch.
/ghl-pipeline · checks a condition first and only starts a run if it trips · delivered to dashboard
Post this week's build or teardown
every Monday at 8amShowing the actual work sells harder than describing the category.
/organic-content-creator · runs the agent · delivered to dashboard
Review which client automations are proposed, not yet approved
every Monday at 9amA proposed automation sitting unapproved is a delivery deadline quietly slipping.
/squad-builder · runs the agent · delivered to dashboard
Look at next month's delivery load against capacity
on the 1st of each month at 9amSigning past delivery capacity is how the retention number quietly falls.
/forecasting · runs the agent · delivered to dashboard
Every one of these arrives as a proposal you approve or decline. Nothing is scheduled by signing up.
The tools to connect
Go High Level (GHL)
GoHighLevel is where the agency's own leads, pipeline and calendar live. Almost every task below reads or writes it.
GitHub
Client automation and agent builds live in repositories; this is how SHAI opens and tracks the work.
Meta Graph API (Instagram professional accounts + Facebook Pages)
Meta is where the agency's own audience and demo content run.
Each one is your own account, connected once. Every tool carries its price and the exact steps.
The first week
- Connect the CRM and let SHAI list every discovery call from the last 60 days with no follow-up.
- Turn on the fast-response check during business hours and watch what it catches.
- Ask for delivery time per client build over the last quarter - it is usually the first time the agency sees it as a number.
What to read on a Monday
- Discovery-call-to-signed rate — The number a prospect will ask the agency to prove it can move, on its own funnel.
- Delivery time per client build — The thing every proposal promises and the thing that is hardest to hold once three builds run at once.
- Client retention past the first build — An agency selling automation lives or dies on whether the automation kept working after launch.
- Cost per signed client — The agency's own numbers, held to the standard it sells.
What SHAI will not do in this trade
- Anything that texts or calls a prospect runs on a registered A2P 10DLC brand and campaign with the consent record on file. /ghl-a2p sets that up; SHAI will not send a prospect message before it exists.
- TCPA: no call or text to anyone who has not opted in, nothing outside 8am-9pm in the recipient's own time zone, and an opt-out honoured on the first message it arrives in.
- Every message SHAI sends to someone who is not the owner says it is an AI assistant acting for the business (master prompt 4.7). It is never presented as a person.
- SHAI never writes a review, never offers anything in exchange for one, and never posts as a customer. It drafts replies to reviews that already exist, for the owner to send.
- A client's automation, data and credentials stay inside that client's own workspace; a build for one client is never demoed to or reused for another without written permission.
- No claim of a result, a time saved or a cost cut in marketing that the agency has not actually measured on a real client with permission to cite it.
Every line in this file is a recommendation written from an operator's knowledge of how this trade actually runs, never a promise about a result. Cadences are starting points; the owner changes them. Compliance notes are a reminder to check, not legal advice. Written 2026-09-21.
A playbook is a head start, not a requirement: SHAI works for any business, and a trade that is not on this list gets the same agents and a general plan built the same way.
