SHAI for Clothing brands
A drop lives or dies in the week it launches, and the content for it is usually written the night before.
How this business runs
A drop lives or dies in the week it launches, and the content that was supposed to build anticipation is usually written the night before because the samples arrived late. Sizing, restock and 'when is the next drop' are the three questions that answer themselves in DMs nobody gets to until the moment has passed.
The recommended team
8 agents from the roster, in the order this trade needs them.

The tasks that will run
Answer sizing, restock and drop-date DMs
every hour between 9am and 8pmAn unanswered DM about sizing is a sale paused mid-decision, and the window is short.

The tools to connect
Meta Graph API (Instagram professional accounts + Facebook Pages)
Meta is where the audience is and where the drop content and ads run; without it nothing posts or reports.
OpenArt
OpenArt is how SHAI makes the campaign images and short video a drop needs on a tight timeline.
Ayrshare (social publishing and scheduling)
Ayrshare is what schedules and posts the drop content across every platform from one place, including TikTok.
Each one is your own account, connected once. Every tool carries its price and the exact steps.
The first week
- Connect the store and social accounts and let SHAI list the DM backlog from the last drop.
- Give it the assets from the last drop and let it write the anticipation content for the next one, with real lead time.
- Ask for sell-through by size on the last drop - it usually points straight at the next fit fix.
What to read on a Monday
- Sell-through rate by drop — The number that decides whether the next drop is bigger, smaller or the same.
- Pre-launch engagement against launch-day sales — Whether the anticipation content is actually converting or just generating likes.
- DM and comment response time — A sizing or restock question answered an hour later is usually a sale lost to a faster brand.
- Return and exchange rate by size — Almost always the first sign of a fit problem before the reviews say it outright.
What SHAI will not do in this trade
- Anything that texts a customer runs on a registered A2P 10DLC brand and campaign with the consent record on file. /ghl-a2p sets that up; SHAI will not send a customer text before it exists.
- TCPA: no text to anyone who has not opted in, and an opt-out honoured on the first message it arrives in.
- Every message SHAI sends to someone who is not the owner says it is an AI assistant acting for the business (master prompt 4.7). It is never presented as a person.
- SHAI never writes a review, never offers anything in exchange for one, and never posts as a customer. It drafts replies to reviews that already exist, for the owner to send.
- FTC endorsement and material-connection rules apply to any influencer or ambassador content; disclosures stay on the draft, never quietly dropped.
- No fabricated 'sold out' or 'limited stock' urgency claim - stock language in a post or ad reflects what the store actually shows.
Every line in this file is a recommendation written from an operator's knowledge of how this trade actually runs, never a promise about a result. Cadences are starting points; the owner changes them. Compliance notes are a reminder to check, not legal advice. Written 2026-09-21.
A playbook is a head start, not a requirement: SHAI works for any business, and a trade that is not on this list gets the same agents and a general plan built the same way.
